Want a different product? Contact us and we’ll arrange an exchange at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened skincare tools cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged or defective product? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement immediately — no return needed.
